• Fear and Denial: people put off getting their estate plan done. It's a tough subject and some folks just don't want to deal with it.

Getting Started on Estate Planning
Ask yourself these questions:
• Do you have any assets?
• Do you care who gets them?
• Does it matter to you who becomes the guardian to your children?
